Satoshi Products sells digital products, subscriptions, and, when offered, physical merchandise.
FlatRate.Live LLC also operates technology platforms related to automotive technician tools and professional development. FlatRate.Live LLC is not an accredited school, college, university, or licensing authority. Products sold through Satoshi Products do not confer a degree, diploma, academic credit, official certification, license, or any guarantee of employment, exam results, or earnings.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Store—including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, software, course materials, and design—is owned by FlatRate.Live LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
“Satoshi Products,” “FlatRate.Live,” “ASE Forge,” and related names and logos are trademarks or trade identifiers of FlatRate.Live LLC or its brands. You may not use them without prior written permission.
You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or create derivative works from Store content except as expressly allowed by a product license or these policies.
Limited License
Purchases grant only the limited rights stated in the product listing and the Terms of Service. Digital products are licensed, not sold, unless a listing clearly says otherwise. Access may be revoked if you violate the Terms of Service or fail to pay.

Governing Law
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Utah have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

FlatRate.Live LLC may update this Legal Notice at any time by posting a revised version. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Store after an update constitutes acceptance.
